Expanded PTFE sheets

High-quality materials : Expanded PTFE sheets are manufactured from 100% pure multidirectional expanded PTFE, using a unique technology that provides the material with a distinctive structure exhibiting exceptional mechanical strength and sealing capabilities.

Versatility of use : This material is excellent for sealing flanges in various media, including oils, fuels, water, and acids, at temperatures up to 260°C (maximum temperature is 315°C). It shows strong chemical resistance to most corrosive acids, except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. These sheets are used to create gaskets for delicate surfaces like glass, ceramics, and enamelled flanges

Waterproofing Performance and Resistance : Expanded PTFE sheets ensure a perfect seal without the adverse impact of "cold creep". This material is flexible and easily adapts to the shape of the sealed surface, which is especially advantageous when dealing with damaged flanges. It is appropriate for use in the food, pharmaceutical, oil, gas, and chemical sectors.
